Ingredients

• 30 ml Cannabis tincture or MCT oil
• 240 ml Maple syrup
• 1 tbsp Sunflower lecithin

Method

1. Warm the maple syrup gently (do not boil).
2. Whisk in the lecithin, then the tincture or oil, until fully combined.
3. Bottle and shake before use; dose by the teaspoon.
