Ingredients

• 13 ml Infused olive oil
• 60 g Fresh basil
• 40 g Pine nuts
• 40 g Parmesan
• 1 Garlic clove

Method

1. Blend basil, pine nuts, parmesan and garlic with plain oil.
2. Stir the infused oil through at the end for an even dose.
3. Serve across 6 portions.
