Infused Chocolate Chip Cookies
Classic chewy chocolate chip cookies at ~7 mg each.
About this recipe
Classic chewy chocolate chip cookies with a gentle dose, about 7 mg THC per cookie with the amounts here. Most of the fat is ordinary butter and only a small, measured amount is cannabutter, which keeps the dose low and the taste close to a normal cookie.
Cream the two butters together well so the infused one is spread through the whole dough, and scoop every cookie the same size: even portions mean an even dose.

Ingredients
- 20 ml Infused butter
- 90 g Regular butter
- 140 g Brown sugar
- 1 Egg
- 190 g Flour
- 150 g Chocolate chips
Method
- Cream butters and sugar; beat in the egg.
- Fold in flour, a pinch of salt, and the chips.
- Scoop 12 cookies and bake at 180C for 11 minutes.
