Ingredients

• 20 ml Infused butter
• 90 g Regular butter
• 140 g Brown sugar
• 1 Egg
• 190 g Flour
• 150 g Chocolate chips

Method

1. Cream butters and sugar; beat in the egg.
2. Fold in flour, a pinch of salt, and the chips.
3. Scoop 12 cookies and bake at 180C for 11 minutes.
