Infused Coconut Oil
A vegan, dairy-free infusion base for baking, curries and smoothies.
About this recipe
Cannabis coconut oil is the dairy free alternative to cannabutter. Coconut oil is rich in saturated fat, which binds cannabinoids well, and it sets at room temperature, so you can scoop and weigh it like butter.
Use it in baking, curries, smoothies or anywhere you would use coconut oil, replacing part of the normal fat with the infused one. With this recipe each of the 16 portions holds about 63 mg THC, so measure it with the calculator rather than by eye.

Questions
Is cannabis coconut oil vegan?
Yes, as long as nothing else in your recipe comes from animals.
How long does it keep?
Two to three months in a closed jar in a cool, dark place, and longer in the fridge.
Can I use it instead of butter in any recipe?
Mostly yes, one to one by weight. Only add as much infused oil as your dose needs and make up the rest with plain fat.
