Ingredients

• 7 ml Infused butter
• 800 ml Milk
• 40 g Cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp Sugar
• 50 g Dark chocolate

Method

1. Warm milk with cocoa, sugar and chopped chocolate.
2. Whisk in the infused butter until glossy.
3. Pour into 4 mugs.
