Ingredients

• 22 ml Infused coconut oil
• 250 g White chocolate
• 2 tsp Matcha powder
• 40 g Pistachios

Method

1. Melt white chocolate with the infused oil, whisk in matcha.
2. Spread thin on a lined tray and scatter pistachios.
3. Chill until set and break into 12 pieces.
